About Me
I have a MPhil and BA in Classics from the University of Cambridge. I have spent the past 4 years working in education, amassing 400+ hours of one-to-one teaching experience.
In terms of classics tuition, I am able to provide support in the following subjects:
- Common Entrance Latin (Levels 1, 2, 3, and Scholarship).
- Latin GCSE & A Level.
- Classical Civilisation GCSE & A Level.
I also have experience delivering sessions on 11+ English, A Level essay-writing and study skills, and university admissions.
Methods
I believe that confidence is the cornerstone of academic success, and 1-to-1 teaching is a powerful tool to build this. More than anything, I want my tutees to be engaged and have fun with their learning. Whether my students love Star Wars or Swift, I take pride in personalising and tailoring each one of my sessions to suit their hobbies, interests, and skills.
